Yes you do, you can search for the right people. You can bookmark them. You can also send them jobs.
Q. Why aren’t you charging for any of this?
If your requirement is as simple as posting a job, we don’t see a reason why you should be charged for that. You could be a small business, a start-up or a group of freelancers ; we intend to help you out in whatever small way we can. For bigger companies however, we will add enhancements to the site which will give you an option to improve your visibility, reach out and scan for the right set of potential employees, and to market yourself better. These will be paid options.
Q. So this is a place for start-ups too?
Yes it is. It is the place for anyone that simply needs to post a job, requires a company page and needs to keep track of applicants without suffering pain.
